Fictional Airlines should meet the following requirements.
1) Must not be more than 3 Star Alliance members in the same regions. With the exception of larger markets like North America. (Apply regardless)
2) Have a solid, current and future growth plan that will support the alliance in passenger connections.
3) Have an international route network (big or small) expanding outside your resident country/region
4) Must interline with all airline members of this alliance upon admission.
